Description
Our Wildflower Honey is raw, unfiltered, and harvested in small batches from our hives in the North Georgia mountains. This spring’s flow drew from tulip poplar, blackberry, privet, and clover, producing a butter-smooth mouthfeel with soft caramel-chew flavors and a delicate floral finish.
Because it’s truly local and minimally processed, every season tastes a little different — a reflection of what was blooming when our bees were busiest. Drizzle it on biscuits, stir it into tea, pair it with sharp cheese, or eat it straight off the spoon.
